Raw Food-Day 1-Con't.

Ok so the raw thing is working, but it is weird.  We feel like we just keep eating and eating and eating!!!  We do feel good though and I am loving all the new recipe ideas!  So here was the rest of our meals today:
LUNCH- by: Jennifer Cornbleet
Not Tuna Pate
1/2C soaked raw sunflower seeds
1/4C soaked raw almonds
2T water
1T fresh lemon juice
1/4T salt
1 1/2T minced celery
1T minced onion
1T minced fresh parsley

Chop the nuts, water, salt, and juice in the food processor.  Stir in remaining ing.


A 5 for the Tuna!  We liked this one and will be making it again!  I used more of the veggies that get stirred in and added carrots.  We ate it on a romaine lettuce leaf with black olives and bell pepper strips.


SNACK- by Christine
Green Smoothie
1 can(20oz) Pineapple w/juice-I like mine out of the fridge
2T ground flax seed
1C almond milk
1 frozen banana
3 frozen strawberries
as much Spinach as will fit!

Blend all of it and then add more spinach until it is a thick green awesome smoothie!

We really enjoyed this meal and will probably have it a couple more times this week.
